deposits
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure all appointments. This needs to be paid at least 48hrs prior to your appointment.
New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit for their first appointment. Existing clients are required to pay a £10 deposit.
Deposits can be moved to a different date if more than 48hrs notice is given.
cancellations
I have a strict cancellation policy in place. Please make sure you read through it all as no exceptions will be made. If you cancel or re-schedule your appointment within 48hrs of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will need to be paid. If you cancel or re-schedule within 12 hrs of your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will need to be paid. These fees are to be paid on the day your appointment was due unless agreed otherwise.
Location
KULLA STUDIO is a home based salon, please make sure you contact me if you have not received my home address after booking your appointment.
lateness
Unfortunately I'm unable to accommodate your appointment if you are more than 15mins late. If you are more than15 mins late, we'll need to re-schedule your appointment and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
